Do you need sewing patterns for newborn photography props? Then you are in the right place! My daughter and I own Props By Posies - Everything Newborn and Poppies & Posies Photography where we specialize in Newborn and Children's Photography. We are passionate about what we do and love everything about it!
Along our photography journey while trying to get established as newborn photographers, we needed newborn and sitter props. We searched and searched for newborn prop sewing patterns and couldn't find any. So, we began up cycling thrift store finds, making pants, rompers, bonnets, and so on. Through a long and tedious process of trying them on our newborn and sitter clients, making tweaks as needed and then again, trying them on our next newborn or sitter client and so on, we were able to get them just right!
We started sharing some of our newborn and sitter romper creations on Periscope (@Poppies_n_Posies) and found that so many of you photographers and vendors wanted and needed patterns as much as we did. You began asking us to make them available to you and within a few weeks Props By Posies was born! We've been selling our newborn and sitter romper patterns and props ever since! We opened our Etsy shop at the very end of February of 2016 and have loved every minute of it so far!! We have 20 patterns in all and several in the works!
